How to purchase individual tickets for public events at any of our venues:

• In Person at our respective Box Office
• On the internet at www.ticketmaster.com
• Calling Ticketmaster New York at (866) 858-0000
• In Person at a Ticketmaster Outlet

Tickets may be purchased for events at any of our venues at any of our respective box offices. For example, you may go to the Beacon box office to purchase tickets for a Radio City event. However, Will Call tickets may only be picked up at the venue the event is being held at.

On the first day of sale, tickets for concerts are not sold at the Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall or Beacon Theatre Box Offices, and may only be purchased via Ticketmaster.

Fees

• Tickets with a face value of $15.00 or more are subject to a $4.50 facility surcharge.
• Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster are subject to convenience fees.
• Tickets purchased in person at the venue Box Office are not subject to Ticketmaster convenience fees.

Will Call

Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets on the day of the event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid photo ID and the order number.

Radio City, Beacon and Chicago Box Offices will not accept Will Call tickets from individual patrons.

Notes

At Radio City and Chicago Theatre, the Box Office closes for advance sales at 6pm on event days; after 6pm Box Office only available for Will Call and ticket sales for the evening's event.

All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges

If an event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open for 1 hour after event start time. Saturday 10am - 6pm If an event starts before 11am, Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time. If an event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open for 1 hour after event start time. Sunday CLOSED If an event takes place on Sunday, Box Office will open at 12pm or 2 hours before the event start time (whichever is earlier) and will remain open until 1 hour after event start time.

If an event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only. Sunday CLOSED If an event takes place on Sunday, Box Office will open at 12pm or 90 minutes before the event start time (whichever is earlier) and remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only. August 27, 2010 - October 7, 2010 Monday - Sunday 11:30am - 6pm If an event starts before 12:30pm, Box Office will open 90 minutes before event start time. If an event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only. October 8, 2010 - December 30, 2010 Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 8pm If an event starts before 11:00am, Box Office will open 90 minutes before event start time.
